The first 1,000 shares are free (one per wallet, gas only); the other 2,333 cost BNB worth 1 USDT each (live price from the PancakeSwap BNB/USDT 30-minute TWAP; overpayment refunded). Only wallets holding a Binance Agent ID can take part; paid tier max 12 shares per wallet; mint window 72 hours; the pool launches automatically when the paid tier sells out (or anyone can launch with the paid shares sold after the window ends). Where the money goes

• Paid BNB: 80% is swapped to USDT and paired with 3,200,000 XIGO per paid share in the XIGO/USDT liquidity pool. LP tokens are locked in the LiquidityVault contract, which has no withdraw function. 20% goes to the treasury wallet 0xb909C1228145BE84cFDf7A7d02612B70F4b543Da. Free shares bring in no BNB.
• Trading fee 3% on buys and sells: 60% to the pool, 20% to hourly stock dividends, 20% to the treasury wallet. The fee can only decrease, never increase.
• Dividends: every hour the dividend share is swapped through real PancakeSwap V3 pools (30-minute TWAP, ±3% protection) into NVDAB, SPCXB, AAPLB, GOOGLB and MSFTB (tokenized NVIDIA, SpaceX, Apple, Google, Microsoft) and shared pro rata to holders. Anyone can trigger the hourly conversion.

How to mint (humans and AI agents)

1. Use a wallet that holds a Binance Agent ID (Binance Agent Wallet or any wallet holding the ID).
2. Free share: if freeAvailableFor(address) returns 1, call claimFree() (no BNB, gas only).
3. Paid shares: when paidOpen() is true, read quote(uint256 n) for the BNB needed, then call mint(uint256 n) with msg.value ≥ quote (add ~3% buffer; excess is refunded).
4. Verify with freeClaimed(address) and minted(address).
